My ❤️ is aching today.I have to accept that I am out of @ComradesRace. Been a tough 8 weeks being injured but am very grateful for @TeamMassmart & @JHNewNutrition for helping me get back on the road.I will be a #Massmart supporter and hopefully next year a runner!

Disappointed that I'll be missing my first race inland #Loskopmarathon, but excited to see my teammates and friends @TeamMassmart .Also very curious for my fancy treatments that is unheard of in East London....PRP & hyperbaric O2 therpapy. Hopefully I'll be back on the road soon!
