@British_Airways absolutely awful service. My daughter & partners flight from Osaka to Tokyo was delayed mewing they missed there connection, Tokyo-Heathrow and the next flight offered was 12 hours later. Now I get there can be delays but what I find appalling is they were - 1

Given a UK number which is restricted on their phones. They paid for a non stop flight and seats. They've been given a flight with a 12 hours later delay, a 4 hour wait in Helsinki, then another flight to Heathrow. Where is the compassion? Where is the "BA experience"? - 4
