Once a Crusader, always a Crusader!
Stepinac students once again showcased academic excellence on the prestigious National Latin Exam, earning numerous Gold, Silver, Magna Cum Laude, and Cum Laude honors across all levels of competition.
With more than 100,000 students participating worldwide each year, the National Latin Exam recognizes outstanding achievement in Latin language and classical studies. Special congratulations to our Gold Medal recipients: Viggo McCartney ’29, James Rosensteel ’28, Oisin Stack ’28, Josiah Gold ’28, Vincent Mazzei ’28, Patrick Mitchell ’28, Christopher Keating ’27, Michael McTiernan ’27, and D’mar Smith ’27.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week’s Open House at Archbishop Stepinac High School! It was a great opportunity to welcome prospective students and families to campus, showcase our brotherhood, and share what makes the Stepinac experience so special.
We appreciate everyone who took the time to visit, meet our faculty, staff, and students, and learn more about our academic, athletic, and extracurricular opportunities. Be sure to keep an eye out in the coming months for important admissions information and upcoming dates. We look forward to staying connected throughout the admissions process!
On Tuesday night, we proudly celebrated our annual Legacy Reception, honoring members of the Class of 2026 who are continuing a proud family tradition by following in the footsteps of their fathers as Stepinac graduates. This year’s event marked a historic milestone, as 17 seniors were recognized — the largest legacy class in the school’s history.
The Legacy Reception celebrates the enduring bond between generations of Crusaders and highlights the strong sense of brotherhood, tradition, and community that defines the Stepinac experience. Fathers and sons gathered together to reflect on their shared memories, experiences, and the lasting impact Stepinac has had on their lives and families.
Today’s the day! 🎓
Commencement for the Class of 2026 begins at 4:00 PM this afternoon as we celebrate the achievements, memories, and brotherhood of this incredible class.

On Thursday, the Susan & Daniel P. Mahoney '67 Law Honors Academy visited the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in White Plains for an unforgettable, real-world learning experience.
Students had the opportunity to meet with Philip Halpern ’73, Kim Berg, and Ben Gold, gaining insight into the federal judiciary, the legal profession, and the importance of the rule of law and the Constitution.
The highlight of the visit? Sitting in on a live hearing presided over by Judge Halpern and witnessing our court system in action.
An incredible day connecting classroom learning to real-life practice—and an inspiring look at the future for our law students.

Recently, students in our College Prep and Honors Anatomy & Physiology classes had the opportunity to visit Burke Rehabilitation as part of their ongoing studies.
The visit coincided with their work on muscular and skeletal system projects. Through observing rehabilitation techniques and learning from medical professionals, students gained valuable insight into how the muscular and skeletal systems function in injury recovery and patient care.
Thank you so much to @Burke_Rehab for continuining this amazing partnership!
