@mommyinsomnia last time we went to court they did side with us and I was only the girlfriend then. It didn't get put in writing though

@RH2732 we always put my SD first. The judge was looking for some stability in her ever changing schedule.

@RH2732 Actually the judge made that rule before DH and I were married or had her sister. We are planning to return to court.
