Sad news today I'm afraid, the passing of Dezzie Izzard, a stalwart of the club who played many times before he hung up his boots well into his 60's.

For those who never met him he was a kind, welcoming, friendly and leggie with an unreadable and evil top spinner that got many wickets.
We will do something to remember him at the club next summer but tonight please pay your respects to Des for his years of service to the club.
