ये वही दोगले लोग हैं, जिनके माँ-बाप से लेकर पिछली कई पुश्तें कभी इसी भारत की मिट्टी से जुड़ी हुई थीं। इन आस्तीन के साँपों ने भारत के संसाधनों और सुविधाओं का भरपूर इस्तेमाल किया, फिर कैनेडा जाकर वहाँ के नागरिक बन बैठे और अब उसी विदेशी धरती से हमारे देश और हमारे तिरंगे का अपमान करने का दुस्साहस कर रहे हैं।

इन देशद्रोही और कुलद्रोही मानसिकता वाले लोगों को विदेशी जमीन पर हमारे प्राणों से प्यारे तिरंगे का अपमान करते देखकर हर भारतीय का खून खौल उठता होगा।

और सबसे बड़ी विडंबना देखिए,
सिर पर पगड़ी बाँधकर खड़े ये लोग ऐसी गद्दारी भरी हरकत करने से पहले एक बार भी नहीं सोचते कि भारत में पगड़ी बाँधे सरदार को सदियों से सम्मान, साहस और वीरता की नजर से देखा जाता है।

जिन सरदारों ने देश की रक्षा के लिए अपना सीना गोलियों के सामने कर दिया, उनके नाम पर पगड़ी बाँधकर देश के ही झंडे का अपमान करना सिर्फ शर्मनाक नहीं, बल्कि उन वीरों के बलिदान का भी अपमान है।

देश से चले जाना अलग बात है, लेकिन जिस मिट्टी ने पहचान दी, उसी मिट्टी और उसके तिरंगे का अपमान करना यह कैसी वफादारी है?

The 0/40 outcome follows two grants in 2024 involving applicants with high-profile online advocacy and sustained separatist activities.

The tribunal’s position appears clear: participation in a non-binding Khalistan referendum, protests outside the Indian High Commission, or general political sympathy does not alone establish persecution.

Applicants must show that Indian authorities know of their activities and that they face a genuine, individualised risk.
