What a beautiful way to honour one of your own ❤️

Australian rugby league star Jai Arrow was forced to retire at just 31 after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease three months ago, leaving him on 98 appearances for the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Yesterday, a special league exemption allowed him to suit up, lead out his teammates and register appearance number 99. In their next match, he will reach 100.

I know how much those milestones mean. Fans see a statistic, but a player sees every training session, injury, sacrifice and person who helped them get there.

We cannot always change what someone we care about is facing.

But we can look for one meaningful thing we can still make possible for them.
