Debridement of any infective wound should be considered as greatest surgery ever done 🤯
Looks so dirty, don't have hesitation while removing tissue, just respect healthy tissue you will get NORAD tapered in 1 hour and TLC becomes normal next day.

Cardiology is the branch similar to radiology where you mostly earn through echo, angiography even if you don't practice invasive procedures
