🚨 What Football Manager 2027 NEEDS to have to be a success:

1) A completely redesigned UI - I don't even need to go into this one. We had something good, go back to that

2) A stable game at launch - if your first experience is playing for an hour and then a bug ruining your save. You're not going to want to pick it up again.

3) More accessibility for mods - your skin shouldn't break every time there's an update

4) Better immersion - this links to the UI, but the beauty of Football Manager was being able to easily see the rest of the footballing world and feeling immersed in a unique footballing universe

5) The ability to create unique long-term saves - I want to be able to build-a-nation over time, I want football itself to evolve, long-term saves should be realistic but also exciting

6) International management as a core feature of the game - I've never been a huge fan of their international management but that means you IMPROVE it rather than get rid of it

7) A sandbox mode - sometimes you just want to mess around and see what would happen if 11 Lionel Messi's played against 11 Cristiano Ronaldo's... we need a mode where we can do anything and see what happens!

8) Smarter AI - long-term it's easy to beat the AI as their transfers and squad-building still isn't good enough. We don't want the game to be impossible, but we want challenging competition.

9) Interactions that feel human - sometimes when I talk to AI players, I feel like I'm talking to hostile military forces. Can we make the AI speak realistically

10) Better youth development and academies - at the moment it feels like a superficial add-on rather than something you can get immersed in and control. I want to be like Marcelo Bielsa and control everything about the club in fine detail.
