@SinemiaApp I got the same message from you to DM @SinemiaSupport and they haven’t done anything to fix this issue. This is still going on. Can @TechCrunch look into this before publishing blaming the customers?

@SinemiaApp is not working for me. I prepaid for a years subscription and your @SinemiaApp will not let me redeem what I paid for. Is your @SinemiaApp broken or are you purposely blocking customers from using this service so that you don’t have to pay for the costs our tickets?
@sinemia already stole my money for an annual subscription that it will not let us use and now they’re charging my @Mastercard fees for movies that it will not let me see

Sinemia app is not working.I tried to book a movie through advance ticket option, but it keeps loading and then returns to same screen. Sent DM to you guys no response.. can you please check pls ?? @SinemiaApp@SinemiaSupport This is really annoying
