It is horrifying to watch.

He appears to attack her for no reason while she walks on the sidewalk, he CHASES her, and says he will k*ll her.

He has not been arrested.

Chase Bank Failed Me Over a $150 Scam
@ChaseSupport I was scammed by someone posing as a healthcare recruiter who pushed me into paying for a fake “ATS resume service.” I filed a claim, was told it’d be handled, then got denied with zero explanation and told it’s my fault.
This isn’t something that “just happens” to me. I’ve banked with you for years, paid fees without complaint, and the one time I actually need support, you won’t back a loyal customer one time for $150.
You made ~$49 BILLION last year and can’t stand behind a customer over that? That’s a bad look.
