@ChiMaxwellSt@CardPurchaser@eBay At least you have the safety net of it going to eBay first, if they don’t get it you shouldn’t have an issue getting your refund, and when they do get it they’ll give their own tracking when they ship it
@lwcb90@CardPurchaser I would go off the handling time advertised in the listing if there is one. probably still give an extra day before following up. If no handling time id give about 3 days. As long as it’s shipped in that time frame and they use the listed shipping service, shouldn’t be any issues

@PSAcard responded and offered me a discount on my next submission which is great and all but they have still not addressed the actual issue of the delay with my order. How can a company of this size with the prices they charge have such terrible customer service @CardPurchaser
@MargielaCapital@0xPompeii@CardPurchaser@natsturner Good luck, on 3/17 @PSAcard told me to reach out 3/31 so they can “investigate further” so I did, and their apparent “investigation” determined my order was “severely delayed” its now 5/1 and there has still been no movement out of assembly.
