@Deliveroo your rider Morgana just ditched our food at an imaginary conceige after getting lost and refused to pick up the phone saying "her phone was wet" when we were trying to give her instructions to find us. We even went outside to find her. Shocking customer service.

I called it on the 18th may and 22nd May and was told I would be called back by progress team so I can expedite my passport by paying extra.
I need it for my travel on the 1st June to my friends wedding. No call back again today!
@HM_Passport Applied passport/realised lost old passport.Called passport service+attached lost passport ref to application.Stuck at send old passport stage despite calling twice.I'm 2 weeks away from travel date so asked fast track/told i would be called in 72 hours still no call
@SkylerDevops@spamaps Yeah it has some on call for the infra stuff with a rotation of 8 people in the team. So if you joined it would be 1 week in 8 and it is all very stable with very infrequent pages. Unless an aws region goes down at which point we all get paged ๐
@ericsysmin @LinkedIn To quantify they never researched anything or prepared for any meetings. It's fine not to know stuff it's not cool to show up not having done the ground work. That just makes you shit at your job in my view.
The best people I worked with understand what constraints are. It's important to talk about org constraints and understand the why before passing judgement. I have been at companies where the major constraint is engineering ability/leadership ducking decision making. #leadership
@Uber what have you done to your app it's now unusable from a customer perspective with drivers cancelling all trips. I have now used @bolt for my last 4 London trips and they are kicking your ass. Sort out your service.
