Nationwide, 5.8% of all home listings were pulled off the market in April 2026. That ties with December for the highest share of homes delisted since March 2020. Delistings in April were up 3.8% compared with March 2026.

@OgdenSuites There were many gorgeous sights to see, especially the scenic landscapes. But the most unique thing was a Japanese ambulance parked at our hotel in Albuquerque. It even had the steering wheel on the right, like they do in Japan. Yes, very odd/unexpected...🤷🏻‍♂️
