@susanslusser@annkillion Great piece, Ann. I remember Stephanie and Betty Cuniberti very fondly, from their groundbreaking days with the Examiner and Chronicle, respectively.
@JohnSheaHey Carl’s lengthy in-depth feature story on former Raiders WR Warren Wells living his final days on the streets of his hometown Beaumont, Texas, while family, friends and local police looked out for him remains one of the best examples of quality sports journalism I’ve ever read.
@tonydokoupil Tony, my wife and I loved your work on CBS Mornings, but your Trump interview was embarrassing. It either cried out for follow-up questions, or was horribly edited. In either event, it was a worthless contribution to your former show.
@WesDurham@DukeFOOTBALL@ClemsonFB@danaboyle_@accnetwork@ACCFootball Hi Wes, great job on the PBP today, as usual. But please tell your broadcast partner (Steve Addazio?) that the Clemson DB Terrell was holding the Duke receiver Brown for 10-15 yards before the pass was even thrown on that controversial PI late in the game.
@Bruce_Jenkins1 Good to see you mention the @SFGiants top outfield prospect Dakota Jordan. Saw him play in San Jose two weeks ago, and he’s the real deal. Even bears a striking resemblance to a young Willie Mays. A 5-tool player w/o question.
Turns out the #Mets faced the heart of the #Rockies rotation last weekend. The 3 Colorado starters had a combined record of 3-21, yes, but their starters these next 3 nights vs the #SFGiants are 2-22.
