Very excited to start a new chapter at Northwood University. The last two years have been a great growing experience and I have enjoyed the team and great people at SBU. Now ready to make Michigan our home and get to work.
Your college degree will have a bigger impact on the next 40 years of your life than college soccer ever will.
So keep that in mind when deciding on a degree at the highest level academically vs playing college soccer in the middle of nowhere with poor academics.
If the college soccer opportunity and their degree is not great, just go play club soccer in college and receive a better education that will have a bigger impact on the next 40 years of your life.

Can't say enough positive things about our seniors. Their growth and leadership over the past two years has helped rebuild this program and set the foundation for continued progress.
Most of all, they are great human beings who made the season very enjoyable and will be missed.
Recruits for 2027:
This Fall watch some games on ESPN+ and count the number of players standing on the sideline during games.
Add the 11 on the field. Maybe 5 to 6 players get into the game out of that group standing for 90 minutes.
Even with a roster of 28 players that leaves 17 other players not in the field.
This is far different than club and college soccer is not showcase soccer. It’s championship soccer. So you better have an open mind of training but not playing.
As a former college coach at the D1 level for 25 years, I will say this to current and future college players:
College coaches hate it when players walk into the office and say “I never get a chance to prove myself”. You get an opportunity to prove yourself every day. You haven’t earned the trust of a coach to put you into games based on what they have seen or feel that you can make more of an impact than what is currently on the field. That’s the truth.
Be an opportunist. Get on the field during training and win. Win every 1v1. Win every 5v5. Win every 11v11. Be a winner. And when your time is called in a game, make an impact.
