The 2027 MLB schedule has just been released. For the #Rays, they are scheduled to begin the year March 25 at Tropicana Field against Baltimore. Tampa Bay is also at home for Jackie Robinson Day vs BOS, but on road for Memorial Day (@ CWS), July 4 (@ SD) and Labor Day (@ BAL).
One of the funny anecdotes in @TBTimes_Rays' story about Doug and Kaden Waechter is how Kaden will be sure to tease Doug if he's taken higher than his dad was. Doug was taken 85th overall in 1999 by Tampa Bay. The 85th overall pick this year...belongs to the #Rays.
The Rays have probably the best pitching coach and best manager. Their culture is unlike any other. They play baseball the way I grew up playing. @Raysbaseball
Come to this cookout HUNGRY 😋🎆 Here is our full food and beverage lineup for this weekend, July 2nd, 3rd, & 4th

MLB just released the rosters for the 2026 All-Star Futures Game, and it will feature a pair of #Rays prospects: C Nathan Flewelling and OF Theo Gillen.
Thanks to @ThatMarkMiller and David for having me.
I didn’t have time to mention it on air, but want to express my condolences to @DavidPSamson and his family on the loss of his daughter Kyra.
I see #TBLightning fans asking why, and the answer is pretty simple: He wasn’t staying and this does good things for both him and the team. Raddysh gets an eighth year on his deal, and Tampa Bay gets draft collateral.
#GoBolts acquire a fifth round pick in 2026 draft from Toronto for the negotiating rights to D Darren Raddysh, who signs an 8-year deal with the Leafs at $68 million, an AAV of $8.5 million
Kelly was my first video on What The Numbers Tell Me talking about how he abandoned his cutter in favor of the changeup and how it completely changed his success. #Rays

Kevin Kelly has a 0.86 ERA since April 18th, the 8th-best mark in baseball in that span. He's given up just 2 ER over his last 20 appearances.
Overall, he has a 61.0% GB%, in the top 2% in baseball, and his Changeup and Sweeper have a batting average against under .182.
ICYMI: The latest episode of my short series "What The Numbers Tell Me" features a look at #Braves 1B Matt Olson, and one piece of data that has him back at his 2023 level, or in some cases, even better.
