Caden Bodine is slashing .356/.423/.524 with a 151 wRC+ and has 35 walks to just 22 strikeouts. His .356 AVG is the highest mark in the minors excluding DSL and CPX hitters, and he's boasted a Z-Con% above 95% at every level this season.

Golden leaves are littering the ground; you know what that means, it’s time for the Fall Classic. I wrote about the upcoming matchup for FBC Reports.

Since the World Series became best-of-seven in 1922, teams that win four games are 103-0. My advice: win four games. Preferably before the other team does.
Rays vs. Brewers in the regular season.
The Rays allowed the fewest walks in baseball, and the Brewers drew the 2nd most. Both teams tied for the MLB lead in AVG (.258) and were top-6 offenses. Stats matter less in the postseason, but I think it's fun to see how they compare.
Yandy Díaz's 12 hits tied Carlos Peña (2008) for the 5th-most by a Rays hitter in a single postseason before reaching the World Series.
His 2026 postseason:
12-for-39
.308/.341/.564
.388 wOBA | 151 wRC+
2 HR | 4 2B
Of his 12 hits, his 12th was certainly the sweetest.
Every home run the Rays hit on their path to the World Series:
Jonathan Aranda: 107.1 mph, 417 ft
Ryan Vilade: 97.1, 340
Victor Mesa Jr.: 107.3, 401
Cedric Mullins: 98.6, 384
Yandy Díaz: 101, 349
Junior Caminero: 92.3, 346
Yandy Díaz: 111.9, 416
Cade Smith had thrown 880 splitters in his career, and on the 881st, Junior Caminero hit the first HR ever allowed on the pitch.
Cade Smith has now thrown 884 splitters, & these are the results:
.167 AVG | .238 SLG | .209 wOBA I 39.5% Whiff%
Special.
All 7 Rays hits in Game 6 of the ALCS:
- Junior Caminero single
- Richie Palacios two-run double
- Liam Hicks single
- Chandler Simpson bunt single
- Richie Palacios single
- Junior Caminero 346 ft two-run HR
- Yandy Díaz 111.9 mph two-run HR
This is so true. Bases-loaded walk, bases-loaded HBP and all the sudden, instead of 5-1, the tying run is in scoring position for Guardians. Kelly came in and was immediately dominant. An enormous out.
Junior Caminero's & Yandy Díaz's big home runs will overshadow this moment, but this was one of the biggest turning points in yesterday's game
The Rays bullpen got wild in the top of the 8th, Cleveland scored two runs to make it 5-3, & Kevin Kelly did this with the bases loaded
