If we are serious about building inclusive, future-ready organisations, corporate leaders must move beyond compliance and make a genuine commitment to hiring, developing, and empowering people with disabilities.
But we are equally focused about what lies ahead. By FY2030, we are committed to powering 95% of our network on green energy, achieving 100% recycling of network waste, and using ecosystem restoration to absorb 100,000 tonnes of COโ from the atmosphere.

The progress we've made gives us confidence. Over 3 million trees planted. More than 22,000 hectares restored across 8 counties. 1,432 base stations now running on renewable energy. Thousands of community members actively engaged in this journey with us.

Improving connectivity in rural areas is an important goal for telcos in Africa and it's time to start thinking of out-of-the-box solutions to the funding problem.
