Unauthorised charges totalling £240 were made on my phone bill from the PS store. I have contacted you via the official methods but you cut me off each time. I raised it through my phone provider but you didn't respomd. Do I need to go to the small claims court?

As an IT consultant I have recommended dozens of clients to your site to purchase laptops. One client wished to upgrade a laptop he had just purchased so returned it after just a few days and was promised a refund. This was four weeks ago. Still nothing!

@HSBC_UK If you plan on moving to being an online bank and close your branches, will you please sort out paying in cheques via the app. Half the time it "fails to retrieve accounts" and when it does work it sometimes reports the cheques as invalid. What are we supposed to do???
