culture - an unwritten handbook that members embrace and share with the next generation.

Educators must create and sustain safe & nurturing environments. Students must be cared for physically, emotionally, and psychologically. This is why anti-bullying structures and trauma-informed practices are so essential to the overall school culture and climate.

I am not convinced one negative leader can ruin the culture, unless that leader has been there for over 5 years, at which time a shift may occur, but the whole thing isn't ruined....
