They also preferenced a racist party ahead of a good local Independant.

Looking at the Nepean byelection, it would appear that One Nation do not have the support of any other meaningful voter base, at least in Vic.

They would be comfortably preferenced below all other majors, meaning they would need to get 50%+1 all on their own, which I don't see.

You know very well that One Nation and their voters will preference Liberal over Labor.

What COULD happen is that One Nation's first preference votes will outstrip Libs and they will cease to be relevant.
