@AlboMP The very reason why "Collective Bargaining" is needed is so that QANGOs etc. (schools, TAFE, Universities etc) that just hold out are FORCED TO THE BARGAINING TABLE ! 7 Years I went without a pay rise as my QANGO employer just held out.
