@AmazonUK@AmazonHelp Submitted form from Facebook team & promised a reply in 24 hours (yesterday) - nothing after 2 weeks! No customer service and no GDPR complicance for a breach!
@amazonUk Chat person tells me "it's being looked into" (when!) and then suggests a call. I get a phone call and find that the person has no idea about my issue. I give him a brief summary and say I need to speak to someone in authority so he HANGS UP THE PHONE!!
