Either:

1) Fahey is starting over St. Clair, but St. Clair is a better option. He can’t be worse, right?

2) Fahey is the best option at QB, meaning St. Clair (a five star QB recruit) isn’t been developed.

Both are an indictment on Ryan Day and his coaching staff.
