A sad day in Masaka City as we mourn the passing of Councillor Hamza Lubowa! Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un.

He's been our (@NUP_Ug) Councillor at the Nyendo-Mukungwe Division Council representing Katwe Parish, a professional teacher and a good community leader and mobilizer.

His death was sudden and unexpected!

Hamuza is one of the many young men I encouraged to join community leadership as we started reshaping Masaka at the advent of NUP. We shall miss him.

Deep commiserations to his family & the NUP fraternity in Masaka City.
