@RoyalMailHelp received 48 hour tracking number for my parcel to be delivered 6 days ago and still no parcel. Royal Mail collected it on 14th May but since then no more updates. Hardly call this 48 hour tracking service. Shambolic. 😡😡

@AsdaServiceTeam no food delivery has arrived it’s 2 hours late spoke to your customer services and told me it’s cancelled due to van broke down told me need to make another order but you have already taken the money from my account my kids have no food. This is unacceptable
