@Dylldyll199867@MikeyOver1 The ruling, which, as an injunction, is a non-final order and can be appealed by the NCAA, applies only in one county in Texas. It does not bind other courts that preside over similar cases.

@MikeyOver1 Legal team ruled that he had a mental health issue (gambling addiction) and shouldn’t be punished for it (recovery, not playing would hurt his mental health, etc). Judge (local, very local) ruled that he can play “temporarily” until a full hearing takes place….
