Ok but xcountry staff on train Im on say no alternatives as per your message on X . So please answer my question. If no alternatives arranged by xcountry then I need accommodation tonight -will this be reimbursed? BTW There are no available National express or mega bus

@CrossCountryUK I am on my return trip to Cheltenham from Newcastle. I will be stuck in Birmingham station with no onward replacement alternative to my destination of Cheltenham. Should I seek accommodation tonight in Birmingham and will this be reimbursed

@igobusuk another school morning as a parent waiting for an Igobus on the StRS Swindon route means it’s another morning when my son goes off on an igobus that is not only late but over 20 years old . Upgrade your buses and be punctual please - isn’t that what we are paying for?

@igobusuk Please can you use a more modern bus on the STRS swindon bus . It’s one issue after another , it looks unsafe and unroadworthy . Please improve consistency of timeliness on this route . This is the 5 day back after term and my lad had missed registration 3 times . Not good enough

@igobusuk Is the STRS swindon bus going to get back soon to running the same time as last year ? The first 3 days of term it’s been 8 to 10 minutes late at forum Carpark Ciren so late for first lesson. They need to be there at 8.20am . It’s 8.30 am now and the bus still isn’t there !
