@LogitechGUK Over a week after placing an order which was 5-7 days delivery and it’s not even dispatched. Can’t seem to get through to a real person just keep getting told to leave an email and someone will be in touch, which has now been 3 days without a reply. Not good enough.
@realalescouser @WBRailUA It’s still one of the best operators in the country. Current problems will be solved soon and are always a risk with new rolling stock, it’s very unusual to have no issues when introducing new units.

@merseyrail Can you explain how your station staff don’t seem to know what caused the delay but it’s on twitter? I asked at Birkenhead north and the person behind the counter said they couldn’t see the reason which seems odd to me.
@tfwrail@WBRailUA I understand that but as a rail operator you should know that traffic can be an issue and have a bus on standby, especially at the distance the bus has to travel.
