@ryangerritsen I was a professional firefighter for over 30 years. Fire must be extinguished early to prevent massive spread. Water bombers must be deployed as soon as fire is detected. There are many lakes to scoop up water. Modern satellite technology can spot fires immediately.

I think we have a forest management & ideological climate activist problem within Canada. There is in my opinion no doubt that many of the fires across Canada are the result of climate extremist lighting them. Yes I’m sure there are some lightning ignitions and human error but people have become mental in our Country, climate has become a religion.
Forests just don’t spontaneously combust.
