.@networkrail I contacted you about unsightly rubbish you unearthed when fitting a new fence behind my property, as well as the old concrete posts and hazard tape. Was promised removal on completion but that was over a month ago. You keep saying you will follow up but never do.

.@virginmedia are totally useless and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Almost matched by their ‘trustee partner’ Yodel who failed to deliver my new boxes today.

@virginmedia No they won’t be able to put it right, as it hasn’t been delivered today and wont be delivered tomorrow and I am not available after that. They haven’t put anything in place and were dismissive and unhelpful.
Probably going to go to have to go to BT or SKY now.
@virginmedia Clearly but that’s nothing new. I’m used to Virgin customer service’s not knowing what they are talking about, after spending over two hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.
@virginmedia They advised that they would re-send new boxes for tomorrow and if the other ones turned up I could return them. On the phone now with Virgin and they say that’s not possible, admitting I was lied to earlier today!
@virginmedia It’s too late for you now, the problem has been going on for way too long and has been escalated several times. Never gets fixed. Had to argue for a technician appointment which you then cancelled.
Got another booked but even if fixed I will be leaving asap.

I’d rather have slightly slower speed, if it’s constant. What’s the BT TV like, that’s what I am worried about missing, I like the TiVo with Virgin.
