@SkyHelpTeam Your comms has been terrible on this. Not everyone has social media, in situations like this direct comms such as an email or text message is needed so people know what they should or shouldn’t do to address the issue.
@philhirstgreen@SkyHelpTeam The reset process worked for me (Stream) and thankfully kept my playlists etc, although it did reset various other settings, such as turning off UHD.
