How many of you understand the implications of what he said here?

24,000 noncitizens who VOTED illegally.

The states didn't catch.

Because the state systems have been DELIBERATELY SET UP NOT TO CATCH IT.

It took the CENSUS BUREAU checking voter records against their Citizenship Records to determine this.

Understand now why 35 states are fighting the DOJ Civ. Rights Div in COURT trying to avoid having to turn over their voter rolls?

If they hand over the voter rolls and @HarmeetKDhillon and the DOJ work in conjunction with the Census Bureau to compare the voter records with the citizenship records, they KNOW what's going to surface.

The 35 states are determined to avoid that at all costs.

Look for furious attempts to file lawsuits and/or attempts to get federal judges to BLOCK or ISSUE INJUNCTIONS trying to prevent the Census Bureau and the DOJ Civ Rights Div from comparing any more voter records with citizenship records.
