I gave up my beloved Filet-O-Fish for Lent. Normally by this time, I'd have devoured a dozen or so of them. But, @McDonalds did not run the deal this year, and Im a public sector employee who has a wedding to pay for. Couldnt break daughter's heart over a sammich addiction!.

@ATTHelp what's done is done. Was told (in writing) that my bill would be 135 per month going forward. Today, its 150. After 2 hours on phone all the way up to a "manager" I was told that 135 is not possible. Even though its in writing from a month ago. Too late to fix now

After being a loyal @ATT customer since the bag phone days, I've had enough! Approximately 20 hours on their support line over the last 6 months. Last month got a plan price in writing that they wont honor this month. Going to @TMobile for a ride on the pink motorcycle. #fedup
