I cannot believe how quickly Xmas is coming around. Nice to see the CVC CEO's and Welsh Government partners today for the last time of 2020, hopefully we can focus on a better 2021 on our return. For @GAVOHQ @GVolunteering

I have been involved today in a meeting for @GAVOHQ with Welsh Government to discuss how the sector can help the issues affecting our town centres? Can the Third Sector take on these town centre shop fronts? Interesting thinking

Another productive Friday. Outlined our support to BAME communities across Gwent with @GAVOHQ staff and the CEO of @AllWalesEYST, discussed regeneration and links for GAVO's C4W project with Blaenau Gwent Council and great to discuss positivity with SE Wales CVC's. Now for rest!

Good to have a catch up with the CEO of Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil @VAMTtweets for @GAVOHQ this morning. Productive to see the synergies between CVC's in the current climate and great to see where good practice can be shared. Thanks for your time.

Productive meeting of the Newport PSB last night. Discussed the Well Being Plan in full but also more in-depth, Right Skills which we co-lead with Coleg Gwent. Positive to see Newport Youth Council there, which I am personally aiding with CAB, their journey into the PSB. @GAVOHQ

Straight back into it after a week of leave and always find a positivity and a real focus at the Monmouthshire PSB. Really important to see what's new, to discuss next steps which affect the people of Monmouthshire and where @GAVOHQ @GVolunteering can link in to support.

Really great to get be involved in a get together of the full Children and Adult Safeguarding Board for @GAVOHQ @GVolunteering . Really grasping the impacts of COVID and the many safeguarding issues due to its fall out.
