I would say the voice that should be heard in all this article is that of the only victim/survivor who was actually heard by the Review Team in Oldham…. Sam aka Sophie. This was only because I knew Sam personally. So when @OldhamCouncil told the review team that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES must they speak to Sam as she had made it clear she wasn’t prepared to be interviewed, I was able to intervene. In fact, they were even told she was at risk of suicide if approached!!!! All lies tbh.

I told the Review Team that was not true, in fact it was a lie. And Sam was therefore able to tell her story. Every other victim was silenced, and the community in Oldham are angry and feel their public servants in @gmpolice and @OldhamCouncil have tried to gag them.

Hence when I hear these words from the new ‘leaders’ of @OldhamCouncil you’ll forgive my scepticism as to the veracity of their words, their motives and my lack of trust in their intentions.
