Still nothing from @DisneyParis_EN @DisneylandParis Despite the fact we had sat 100m from their doorstep they still won't refund us. We sat there for 3 hours, (thanks again to the lovely staff at the parking gate) and had to buy new tickets instead of transferring the date.
