@BobbyMilone29 The team has leaned to heavily into analytics and have been since they hired Boone. Boom out bust hitters who go cold and strikeout almost as much as they get on base. Adding a few contact guys with low k rates would help more than exit velo and launch angle especially in October

@BobbyMilone29 I'm not sure I understand why the Cards would be hung up on including stroman at this point anymore. If he stays healthy and he's a decent arm they likely could flip at the deadline. If he's hurt then he doesn't hit his inning clause and he doesn't get his option picked up.
