Yeah, I will definitely close my GCB account by the end of this year. Their office knows that I have paid over GH¢120,000.00 in transaction charges within the last 12 months. Their app goes down whenever I need it the most, and they are not reliable. I will be moving to a different bank. My 11 year banking relationship with them will most likely end this year.
