Fairfax County's new 9/11 teaching guide devotes roughly half its content to creating "safe spaces for Muslim and Middle Eastern students." while mentioning military families just three times and first responders once.

The six-page document, obtained by Fox News Digital's @AsraNomani, contains 30 references to Islam, "anti-Muslim racism," and "Islamophobic rhetoric." It explicitly tells teachers not to "associate the 9/11 attacks with Islam or Muslims" and not to "center the extremists or the acts of the extremists." Only about 15% of the guide actually spells out specific 9/11 instruction.

Retired Vice Admiral Lou Crenshaw, who was inside the Pentagon when al-Qaeda terrorists flew a plane into the building, ripped the guide for failing to convey "the evilness of what actually happened," calling it a sanitized, "vanilla" approach that shaves the facts until students can't figure out what they're learning about.

Smoke rises from the burning Smyrna on September 14, 1922. It is the final act of the Genocide of the Greeks and of our Armenian brothers. Muslim Turks raise their flag while others slaughter women and children.

On a single day, near 400.000 refugees & 10.000-125.000 deaths.

Greeks and Armenians were killed in the fire, massacred, drowned, raped, and hanged. The rest were evacuated from their ancestral lands in Anatolia, mainly by Greek ships.

For 3.000 years, Greeks had been living in their ancestral lands, in the cities they founded in Asia Minor, Sea of Marmara and Black Sea (Pontus). Not even the Persians expelled us from Anatolia. But the real barbarians, the Turks, did; and in the most horrific way that no human mind can comprehend.

That was the reason Greece sent an army to Anatolia: to protect the Greek communities and cities, and to protect the Greeks, Armenians, and Assyrians whom the Turks were slaughtering simply because they were Christians. If a Greek converted to Islam, they would let him live in Asia Minor. That is the strongest proof that the genocide was religiously and racially motivated. Russia was selling weapons to the Turks. At first, France and Britain were in favor of Greece protecting Anatolia and pushing the Turks back to the steppes. But when they realized that the Greeks wanted to restore the Eastern Roman Empire and retake Constantinople and Asia Minor, they stopped supporting the struggle and created political problems.

Greece, with Constantinople, would have been a worldwide superpower, a nation with the strongest navy in the world. The British Empire, of course, did not want that. They had known since 1821 that the Greeks wanted to restore the Roman Empire. From 1821 to 1919, the Greeks had already tripled their borders and possessed a strong army ready for anything, a dangerous passion to reclaim their ancestral lands. The Great Powers did not like that idea. When they saw in 1922 that the Greeks pushed the Turks and reached 60km outside Ankara (their capital) they understood that the things were serious.

Eventually, Russia, Germany, Britain, and France saved Turkey. There would be no Turkey today, and probably no Islam inside Europe, if Greece had won the Greco-Turkish War of 1919–1922.

The world should read the history of the events of 1914–1922 and of the Greek, Armenian, and Assyrian genocide carried out under the command of Mustafa Kemal to create his pseudo-nation called Turkey.

This happened only 100 years ago. Never forget that.

The Islamic Republic executed rapper Erfan Mirzaei on Sunday, September 6, at the morning adhan, in Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan. No warning. No last call to his family. The rope and the silence.

He was a young rapper. His crime was standing against a regime that kills to survive. He sang of freedom and hope in a country where a song can cost your life. Those who knew him remember a young man full of fire, art, and big dreams. The regime stole all of it in a single dawn, while the world slept.

He was arrested during the January protests and executed in secret, while the Islamic Republic continues slaughtering January protesters in Iran's prisons under a total news blackout.

His funeral is today, Say his name. Do not let the gallows have the last word.

Sixty-two years and $22 trillion later, the U.S. poverty rate sits at roughly 11 percent, almost identical to where Lyndon Johnson found it in 1964. The government ran the most expensive social experiment in human history and produced nothing measurable. Bureaucracies perpetuate themselves, and this policy worked exactly as designed.

When Washington transfers purchasing power to the poor through SNAP, Medicaid, housing vouchers, and 126 other overlapping programs, it doesn't eliminate scarcity; it relocates decision-making from individuals to administrators. Those administrators develop career interests in perpetuating dependency, because a solved problem eliminates their department.

Free market thinkers identified this perverse incentive structure before Johnson signed the Economic Opportunity Act. Every dollar taxed from productive activity carries a deadweight cost before it reaches anyone's dinner table.

Capital formation lifts people out of poverty. You build wealth through savings, property rights, and voluntary exchange, none of which $22 trillion in redistributed spending actually produced.

The heartbreaking story of two young sisters who protested in Iran and were reportedly sexually assaulted in detention.

Twin sisters Taraneh and Romina Rahimi were just 20 years old. One dreamed of opening her own equestrian club. The other worked in a shoe shop.

Today, one is facing execution. The other has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

The sisters, from Isfahan, were arrested in the middle of the night. Security forces broke into their home, tied their hands and feet, put bags over their heads, and took them away.

For four months, no one knew where they were.

Their mother spent night after night searching outside courthouses, prisons, and hospitals, desperate to find her daughters. When she finally saw them in Dowlatabad Prison, both had bruised and swollen faces. Parts of their hair had fallen out or had reportedly been ripped out.

Taraneh said that while held in solitary confinement, she could hear her sister screaming and crying as she was tortured. Interrogators repeatedly struck Taraneh’s previously operated knee and threatened to sexually assault her sister if she refused to sign forced confessions.

According to Taraneh, a prison medical official told her: “You’re going to die anyway. What difference does it make whether you die with a broken leg or a healthy one?”

A complaint alleging sexual assault during detention was formally filed. Yet the court did not hold even a single hearing to investigate the allegation. Instead, the two sisters and other defendants in the case were handed death sentences and decades-long prison terms.

Confessions extracted under torture. Lawyers given just ten minutes to review an 8,000-page case file. A judge who insulted the defendants more than 20 times during the proceedings.

Two young irani women had dreams and that is why they joined the January uprising to demand Freedom. Now one faces the gallows and the other could spend the best years of her life behind bars.

On March 30, 1822, when the massacre in Chios began, the Muslim Turks had clear orders. The Sultan had commanded that all Greek Christians be slaughtered, except for boys aged 3-12 and women from 12 to 40. These would be captured and destined for the slave markets.

Young girls were raped publicly in the streets, and newlyweds in front of their husbands, who were then slaughtered. Others were raped in front of their parents, after which the men's genitals were cut off. Women over 40 were set on fire and left to burn alive. Pregnant women had their bellies ripped open and their fetuses pulled out, while small children were thrown forcefully against rocks. The frenzy of the Muslims was unprecedented.

Many Turkish soldiers cut off the heads of Greek Christians and then licked their swords. With this act, they believed they would earn a place in paradise. Others were hanged from the island's trees for deterrence. Severed human limbs and corpses were scattered on the streets, while the sea had turned red from the blood. The smoke from the burning houses had covered all of Chios, while the flames made the night look like day.Several women from Chios preferred death over dishonor and slavery.

They committed suicide by jumping off cliffs. Some were killed while defending their children, siblings, and husbands. Even among those who were captured, some died on hunger strike.Destitute women and children from the island were crammed into ships and transported to the markets of Smyrna and Constantinople, where they were sold as slaves at humiliating prices.

By May 1, 1822, over 41.000 slave ownership documents, known as "teskerés", had been issued in Chios. According to the French-language newspaper of Smyrna, Spectateur Oriental, by May 10, duties had been paid at the Smyrna customs for 40,000 slaves. The priest Welsh from the English embassy in Constantinople recorded what he saw in those days at the city's slave market:

"The Turks treated the women from Chios with utmost contempt. They examined them, groped them like butchers do lambs, and bought them for 100 grosia to 3 pounds per head. About 500 women from Chios were sold in the fish market."

The tragic events of Chios shocked Europe and America. For many weeks, the European press reported daily information and descriptions about the fate of the inhabitants, the massacres, the plunder, and the sale of women and children in the slave markets.

Korais writes in a letter to Varvakis:

"Imagine that you see Christ on the Cross, drenched in His blood, and calling out to you these paternal words: My son Varvakis, many thousands of captives baptized in my name are in danger at this hour of renouncing me and embracing the abominable religion of Mohammed. Behold the time, baptized in my name, beloved son, to save your baptized brothers from the Turkish defilement."

The horrific images of the crimes of the Muslims against the Greek Christians were never erased from the collective memory of Europeans. Great European artists were so shocked by the descriptions that they created important works inspired by Chios.

The famous painting by Delacroix is exhibited to this day in a prominent position at the Louvre. Victor Hugo's poem titled "The Greek Child" is a moving record. But the most famous sculpture of 19th-century America also stands out, named: the "Greek Slave." The sculptor Hiram Powers began carving it about twenty years after the tragic events. The statue depicts a young woman, nude, bound with chains. In one hand, she holds a small cross on a chain.

Powers himself describes the subject of his work as follows:

"The Slave has been abducted by the Turks from one of the Greek Islands during the Greek Revolution, the history of which is known to all. Her father and mother, and perhaps all her relatives, have been exterminated by her enemies, and she alone was kept alive, as a treasure that could not be thrown away. Now she is among barbarian strangers, under the pressure of the full recollection of the catastrophic events that led her to this state. She stands exposed to the gaze of people she abhors, and awaits her fate with intense anxiety, which is mitigated by her trust in the goodness of God. Gather all these sufferings together, and add to them the strength and resignation of a Christian, and there is no room left for shame."

As a Greek, I will use my weapon, the knowledge of my history, to warn as many as I can about the violent and barbaric invasion of Islam and the war we are experiencing today.
