@JamieGlackin1 Those shows were pretty much my only exposure to POC. There was 1 black kid in my year at high school and my dad had 1 black friend through football. We were taught about racism (loosely) but those shows/characters were my only regular “link?” to non white culture.

I’ve been with the same man for 16 years yet I know many fluid people who sleep with many others. That they can donate and I can’t is a concern

@dhothersall Ah, I thought it was all encompassing. I’m not a woman so can’t speak to their concerns, can only say I (as a man) can’t imagine what kind of threat a person identifying as female would pose. But fully aware my curiosity is entering mansplaining territory so I’ll tiptoe off

@dhothersall I’m genuinely baffled by all this. I was born and class myself male. A trans person classes themselves a sex they weren’t born(yes?). How does that affect me? What rights do I lose if someone without a penis identifies as male? I just don’t get it
