@dcc_cat @BlizzardCSEU_EN @BlizzardCSEU_DE And it's not like I'm paying the least for Wow — in fact, I pay more than with faster companies.
When I look at my ticket history, I see the same thing for over 10 years:
"We're sorry for the long wait, we have a high volume of tickets."
I mean, can that really be an excuse 10y?
