@bdavidsonlamb1@MichelleMaxwell You can deglaze with plain water too. Fond, the brown bits of proteins and sugars left behind from cooking will lift when a liquid is added while the surface is still hot. It’s how you make a pan sauce and how to easily clean a ban with a stubborn surface.

@missy_gypsy@billybinion@lordpet8 Side note, this displays how little you know about the service industry. Especially higher end restaurants require a whole different level of training and knowledge. Not something teens can usually deal with at that level
@missy_gypsy@billybinion@lordpet8 Then don’t go to restaurants with servers. Food costs are up and no restaurant can absorb it, so they have to push it onto to you. This is basic business. If cost to produce goes up, then you have to sell for more. Still need to tip, 20%. More if great service, less if bad
