On October 4th, Backpacks For Life is hosting the Inaugural VETRideRun event, where 20 individuals will ride (or run!) in support of and to help raise awareness for the issues our Veterans face. The group will ride for 45 minutes, with a goal of reaching 200 miles.

20 Riders will represent the 20 Veterans who commit suicide daily in our nation. I will be running 5 miles and biking 5 miles. This will be a virtual event and I will be live streaming from Hardbodyz Fitness in Verona, NJ.
