Got locked out of FSD. On hold forever with Tesla Support. Had FSD 14.2 for one day. Just going down the road paying attention. Multi Strikes. Poor lighting, rain and fog. Paid for a month! Pissed off! This is considered theft of services where I live. Do better Tesla!

@SawyerMerritt Strikes are nonsense! I use FSD all week then get 4 strikes on an hour or two trip for no reason. Then quit using it for a week to not get any more strikes. Most of my strikes are coming under harsh lighting or in the middle of the night in total darkness. Camera issues?

I read you suggest a full power cycle, waiting 2-3 min letting the car sleep. Can you explain the exact detailed procedure? I tried holding the 2 scroll wheels and even turning the car off and exiting. The screen goes black. Entry turns it on.

just hung up.
