Went 4-6 at the plate with a double and 3 singles.
Had a great time, thank you coaches!

I coach varsity H.S. baseball and travel ball… and I’d take H.S. baseball every single time.
The school pride.
The community.
The rivalries.
The pressure to win.
The packed playoff games.
Playing for your town.
In my eyes H.S. baseball just means more.
Dominating hs baseball is not hitting under .350
We’re talking real .450 with hardly any strikeouts.
If you’re batting north of .350 with a bunch of strikeouts your numbers are lying to you.
To me how much you strikeout tells me more than any number you throw at me.
Maddo…we still can’t believe you’re gone. You were more than a teammate — you were FAMILY! The energy you brought every day, the way your smile lifted everyone around you…
We’ll carry you with us every day & we’ll make sure THEY REMEMBER YOUR NAME!
Rest easy brother 💔👼🏼
He was celebrating a win on the baseball field… smiling, healthy, full of life.
Hours later, he was gone.
Maddox Graser was a sophomore at Wooster High School. A dedicated athlete. A teammate who had just helped his team secure a big victory.
Nothing seemed wrong. No warning.
Then, later that same evening, Maddox suddenly became severely ill at home.
What started as sickness escalated fast. He was rushed to the hospital, then life-flighted to Akron Children’s in Ohio as his condition worsened.
In a matter of hours, everything changed.
His family went from cheering him on, to standing beside him in the Pediatric ICU, praying for a miracle.
Now, they are mourning a loss no one saw coming.
The school describes Maddox as “an outstanding student, athlete, and friend”… someone deeply loved by his classmates and teammates.
There are still no clear answers. Just shock and heartbreak.
We’ve been asked to please lift Maddox’s family up.
Pray for his parents, who are trying to make sense of how a normal day turned into this.
Pray for his teammates and friends, who were just celebrating with him.
He was only 17.
RIP.
If you think youre good enough to play college baseball you should be absolutely dominating high school baseball. Not like 1-3 with an rbi single every other game. Not like like 4er thru 6ip. DOMINATING. Like it should be easy for you. Some of you have never even made all conference talking about getting committed like bro you’re not even the best player in your town. Get real guy there’s gonna be a pissed off D1 transfer dying for your spot that already knows how to do college and you think you’re gonna win because you hit .325 once at a small high school. You better hope somebody does you a favor and tells you the truth before it’s too late. You’re lucky you’re even getting this information for free some of you are getting charged 3k a summer and don’t even get that truth.
“For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths.”
