@JagexSupport @JagexAsh For the record, I'm able to do everything listed on that page without issue. My problem is relating specifically to linking my second OSRS character (which has been upgraded to a Jagex account) to my main Jagex account.

@JagexAsh @JagexSupport I'm having trouble linking a character to my Jagex account. I think my mistake was upgrading the other character to its own Jagex account, so now when I try to link it, I get this error. Sorry if you can't help, but I couldn't find help elsewhere. Thanks!

@JagexSupport @JagexAsh Hi Dorothy. Looking at that page, I don't see anything relevant to help with my issue. Again, I'm not having any trouble logging in, I just want to be able to link and switch between my two characters in the Jagex launcher without needing to log out of one to use the other.

@JagexSupport @JagexAsh Hi Mateusz, thanks for the reply. The thing is, I have no trouble logging in with the same credentials I used here; it's only when trying to link my accounts that I get this error. I've double- and triple-checked (enough to get the "too many login attempts" warning)

For clarity, I'm prompted to "log in to the RuneScape or Old School RuneScape character you want to import," but the character I want to import was upgraded to a Jagex account. So basically I'm trying to link one Jagex account to another, which appears to be impossible.

@LiamAllenMiller I'm enjoying the heck out of Garden Guardian lately! As a completionist, I'm trying desperately to get the last secret achievement. Steam says 0.2% of players have gotten it, and after trying everything I could think of I'm out of ideas (see below). Any hints?
