A September announcement is expected to confirm that Oasis will make a spectacular return to Scotland with five concerts at Celtic Park in Glasgow next year.

The band have been in negotiations with key venues for a summer 2027 tour since November last year. As an extension of their enormously successful tour in 2025, a series of high profile dates will be announced.

Music industry figures in London and Dublin have said that the announcement will come in September to coincide with the launch of documentary Don’t Look Back in Anger.

The concerts would take place immediately after the end of the Scottish football season and could bring more than 250,000 fans to Glasgow’s East End.
