@dresserman Don't lines get reduced in advance of the product being shrunk down? So the next batch might be smaller with a 'new' label on the shelf edge. That's what I've previously observed anyway.

@dresserman M&S are definitely on it in terms of store innovation and signage. I do my shop at Tesco, then nip into a large M&S for their fresh cookies. When I go in there immediately after Tesco, it always hits different, feels bright and airy. They've got their stuff together 👌
